I have loved sport, health and fitness from a very young age and played cricket, football, rugby, and tennis for over 15 years. After not being able to play sport regularly due to a hip condition, I developed a huge passion for resistance training and committed myself to becoming an expert in technique, exercise selection, nutrition and helping people achieve their fitness goals.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer, based in a private studio in Newbury, Berkshire, where I train clients and I offer professional coaching to men and women around the UK and internationally. I also have a degree in Sports Journalism and have written for various sites.
