Using these methods and ensuring a minimum of 10k steps per day I have seen better progress in three months with Sean than six months on my own in the gym. Sean designed a programme specific for me which was very comprehensive. He identified, as a vegetarian, that I needed to significantly increase my protein levels and he supplied me with lots of recipe/food suggestions to ensure I could hit my targets. The exercise/weights programme he supplied is great it takes me about 40 mins every second day and being able to do it at home any time I want suits me I can honesty say I love the sessions and look forward to them.
I do one online class a week with Sean which is super because he can correct any mistakes I am making and explain and how each exercise should be done. Sean is a great motivator and what I love is he will continue to drive you forward especially if you have the odd slip.
12lbs down and significantly more toned now delighted I am working with Sean and will continue till I reach my goals.
